I don’t even want to think about all the crap I’ve eaten the last couple of days. I’ve been so bad. Today I re-started my journey and let’s hope I can keep on track with all this delicious food the caf has to offer…. :x

My dad doing yoga = funniest yoga session.
Today my dad came downstairs while I was doing yoga in the living room and he decided to do it with me (hollaaaa at getting my family in the yoga-zone!). The man who was leading the yoga video was doing really simple “stress relief” moves that always makes me mellow.

Someone help me with Starbucks!!!
What I normally ordered from Starbucks has like a billion calories and is a major no-no… which sucks.
Anyways what do you guys suggest? (Not in terms of calories but in terms of taste)

So. Tired.
I’m really so exhausted right now. I don’t know what my problem is. It’s not like I worked out that much today.
I did a dance video on OnDemand for forty three minutes and 100 jumping jacks.
I think I’m going to try a kickboxing video. My mom’s making breakfast for dinner so Lord knows I need to burn some calories.
So far I’ve had 217 calories and burnt 288....
